Die historische Finca befindet sich am Ortsrand von S-Arraco, wohl einem der schönsten Orte Mallorcas , von leichten Hügeln umzogen zum Wandern oder auch nur zum Geniessen.
Der Strand von St Elmo ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Pto Andratx ist etwa 3 km entfernt. Pto Andratx hat einen sehr noblen Yachthafen und damit auch viele Restaurants, Geschäfte, Bars und wie es sich für eine gute Infrastruktur gehört medizinische Versorgung.
Mittwochs ist Markttag in Andratx ebenfalls nur etwa drei km von S Arraco entfernt. Etwas touristischer ist Paguera in einer Entfernung von etwa 10 km. Auf dem Weg dorthin befindet sich der erstz kürzlich neu eröffnete Golfplatz von Camp de Mar. Palma und der Flughafen liegen etwa 30 km von S’Arraco.
The eighteenth century finca is in the village of S'Arraco, one of the prettiest villages in Mallorca, surrounded by rolling hills ideal for rambling or just a pleasure to look at.
The beach at St Elmo is a few minutes drive away. Puerto Andratx is about three kilometres distant. Puerto Andratx has a fine yacht harbour and club and in addition boasts a selection of restaurants, shops and bars as well as social services such as medical facilities.
Wednesday is market day in Andratx, also a mere three kilometres away. Somewhat more touristy is Paguera, about ten kilometres in the direction of Palma. On the way is the recently inaugurated golf course of Camp de Mar. Palma and the airport are about thirty kilometres from S'Arraco.
